by Joanne stylish baking 由擁有多年教授烹飪經驗的 Joanne Poon ( 潘行莊 ) 創辦及親自教授,為有興趣學習甜品製作的人士提供各式各樣的課程。
各式西餅糕點烹飪課程,形式包括小組教授(8-10 人)、為初學者而設的基本技巧班、小廚師班及團體租場活動等。
售賣各種甜品素材及由 Joanne 編著的特色食譜, 提供精美包裝及裝飾材料。 |

.示範與實習並重,每堂最少教授兩款糕點及讓學員親自實習整個烹調過程。

.小組教授每堂人數不多於 8-10 位,讓導師能充分跟進學員的學習進度及解答問題。
.選用上乘材料,如 太古糖系列 、 Valrhona 朱古力 、即日鮮果、進口芝士等等。
.每位學員的製成品均會配以精美包裝及裝飾,方便作為禮物或與親友分享成果。

Joanne Poon is a cooking veteran and has processed years of teaching experience in cookery. She is also a qualified bakery expert who has written many well-received recipes in desserts. Her “Temptation of Cheesecake” has maintained top position in major bookstores as one of the best-selling publications and marked a sales record of over 10,000 copies in shortly six months. Her latest production, “Chocolate Fantasia”, was also one of the key highlights of this year's Hong Kong Book Fair. |
中學時代留學英國,因一次實習的家政堂而愛上烹飪,其後畢業於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學,主修 " 家政及營養科學系 " 的家政科,曾於煤氣烹飪中心任職家政主任,教授西菜及甜品,深受學生愛戴。現在是 "By Joanne Stylish Baking" 的創辦人,亦是香港烘焙專業協會會員。她曾先後擔任臨時市政局和食物環境衛生署主辦的 " 健康食譜 " 及 " 健康烹飪比賽 " 評判。
Joanne has loved cooking since she was in high school in U.K. She later graduated from the University of British Columbia in Canada , majoring in Home Economics of Faculty of Family and Nutritional Science. She was a full-time home economist of Towngas Cooking Centre specializing in western cuisine and desserts, and a member of the Hong Kong Bakery and Confectionery Association. She is now the founder of By Joanne Stylish Baking. She was a member of the panel of judges for the Healthy Menu and Healthy Cooking Competition organised by the Provisional Urban Council and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department separately.
